I’ve just sourced a summer holiday to Portugal for a client and her family and it got me thinking about the best places in Europe for a family holiday, particularly with older children. My client has older boys who love sport and wanted activities, cafes and beaches within walking distance and somewhere to watch the Euros.
Portugal has everything you need for a family holiday and is particularly appealing if you’re travelling with older children and teens. Teens can be a tricky bunch so keeping them entertained on holiday is a must.
